-Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or -personnel.
-Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
-Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar effectively.
-Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
-Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Professional and courteous demeanor, with a positive attitude.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
-Ability to maintain professionalism during times when conflict resolution is necessary.
