Delivery Associate for Amazon Delivery Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION: Delivery Associates (DA) are responsible for delivering 160 - 300 parcel packages, averaging around 140 - 200 stops per day. Deliveries are performed while operating in the comfort of Ford Transit vans utilizing the latest state- of-the-art technology to safely and effectively deliver smiles every day.

JOB DETAILS: Full time and part time positions are available. Schedule is extremely flexible. This job is challenging and physical, yet very rewarding. We are looking for drivers who are reliable, motivated and ready to work. Ideal candidates are energetic, ready to get the job done and are able to manage their time effectively while focused on SAFETY in performance of their assigned deliveries.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• An extremely proficient, experienced and safe driver
• Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass a five-panel drug test
• Perform a criminal background check
• Perform a motor vehicle record check
• Be able and willing to work in all weather conditions
• Drivers will typically work 10 hour days starting between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
• Drivers need to be able to lift and carry packages, sometimes up to 50 pounds each (though most are much lighter)
• Drivers may make more than 140 stops per day and need to get in and out of the van each time
• Will at times need to walk up flights of stairs to deliver
• Possess excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, coworkers and general public
• Excel with reliability and personal time management
• Be flexible, willing and able to work weekends
• Able to read and navigate utilizing GPS
• Drivers will drive a brand new, high-roof cargo van around the region, no CDL required
