Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical shop, overseeing inventory, organization, and efficient storage of electrical materials and equipment.
- Handle shipping and receiving of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
- Manage, maintain, and distribute electrical tools to ensure availability and functionality.
- Manage the service department and delivery fleet, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses to job runners, service electricians, and management personnel.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of corporate offices and grounds, coordinating repairs, cleaning, and upkeep activities.
- Manage and distribute project security equipment, ensuring its proper installation, functionality, and maintenance.
- Oversee the management of tools, electrical equipment, construction equipment, and supplies, coordinating their availability, repairs and timely delivery to all projects.
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline shop operations.

Job requirements
- Prefers a candidate with a valid Journeyman license with prior experience in either electrical or construction management
- Conduct business with a high level of integrity, maintaining ethical standards and fostering a culture of honesty and professionalism
- Display supervision and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and manage electrical projects effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent intra-company relations skills, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
- Possess a working knowledge of electrical materials and tools, ensuring familiarity with industry standards and best practices
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have a good driving record, with a valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as part of the hiring process
- Verification of legal USA citizenship
