PFL Services is looking for a qualified individual to support the production control function by creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets that track and control products, purchases and supplier performance. This candidate should be experienced with Microsoft Excel.
Requirements: Must be able to review and understand BOMs/Calculations in ERP/MRP and work on calculations
```Duties```
- Enter data into various databases and maintain accurate records
- Collect data from different sources and ensure its integrity and accuracy
- Use pivot tables and other tools to analyze and organize data effectively
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Process orders and input them into the system accurately
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry

- Proficient in data entry and data collection techniques
- Familiarity with databases and ability to navigate through different systems
- Experience working with pivot tables to analyze and summarize data
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain records and files effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
