PFL is actively seeking an extraordinarily talented Enterprise Account Director to join our world-class Customer Success team. The Account Director leads a dedicated account team focused on engaging, retaining, and growing account revenue across PFL's customers. This leader is quota-carrying and responsible for managing day-to-day activities, account forecasting, account planning and execution of plan, identifying opportunities and providing strategic recommendations, all while serving as an expert guide and delivering exceptional experiences for PFL's customers.
In this role you will get to:
Customer Facing Activities:
- Consult with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives and challenge them to ensure the programs and solutions deliver meaningful impact to their business
- Develop Customer Roadmaps and align with customers around programs and spend each quarter
- Engage customers by leveraging content and campaigns to onboard, upsell, and cross-sell software and consumption revenue based on maturity curve status per account
- Set expectations around program performance, report performance to customer, and proactively engage with them to improve and optimize program performance to ensure they are happy with the value they receive from PFL
- Pitch appropriate renewal package and work with Pro Services when custom solutions need to be ideated and pitched to accounts
- Schedule and facilitate consultation, check-in, and QBR / EBR calls with customer and analyze data and results from past programs to recommend new strategies to drive greater value from existing programs.
Internal Activities:
- Serve as a matrix leader with internal teams and effectively manage any dedicated and/or shared company resources to meet client needs
- Create a quarterly account plan that outlines how you will achieve your quota; quantify pipeline; establish "commits" monthly and quarterly
- Assess health status, maturity curve status and leverage executive sponsors to address customer challenges, and report potential for customers to decline to as-risk status
- Adhere to processes within Salesforce and Workfront for activities such as ensuring finance has what they need to recognize revenue, software renewals, and account cancelations
- Facilitate communications with Delivery and Fulfillment orgs to provide:
- remarkable customer service, execution, and issue resolution
- evolving services and product offerings aligned with customer needs
- Contribute to the development of department best practices and processes
On day one we expect you to have:
Required
- 6 years of experience selling to, consulting, or leading marketers with respect to their overall strategy with a focus on digital
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented individual who wants to win
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in similar role
- Understanding of how to report ROI to customers, leveraging analytics tools and/or Excel to tell a story around optimizing programs and/or investing more in new programs/solutions
- Ability to manage account planning that cascade to pipeline tracking
- Ability to effectively communicate account plan while gaining alignment from internal stakeholders on executional plan to obtain revenue goals

Compensation:
- Base salary is $80k depending on experience plus commission.
