We are looking for a Part Time Order Management Specialist to help with processing a high volume of Customer orders, to ensure on time order fulfillment. This is not a customer facing position. You will be behind the scenes managing customer order data, however collaborate and communicate effectively with the team is required.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, technical aptitude and experience, very high accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment. Willing to train!
Morning availability: M-F approximately 8am-2pm, MST is required.
What you will be doing:
- Daily processing of customer data into aggregate orders
- Troubleshoot aggregate order issues as they arise
- Daily processing of any mail lists required for aggregate orders
- Intermittent data entry for international shipping orders
- Collaborate with immediate teammates and other departments to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Suggest and document incremental process improvements
- Take periodic training online and/or in person to continually build required knowledge base
The rest of the stuff:
Compensation is $20.00 per hour. Part-time position up to 130 hours a month. Benefits include paid holidays and 401(K) match. This is a temporary position, expected to last between 3 to 6 months,
Remote work only available in AR, AZ, FL, IN, KY, MI, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OR, OH, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA
