On-Site Supervisor
Location: Seattle Washington
Employment Class: Full Time Regular
FLSA Classification: Exempt-Salaried
Salary: $94,000 per year (DOE)
Position Summary:
This On-site Supervisor position will be based at federal agency project site located in the Seattle, Washington area. The On-site Supervisor’s duty is to oversee day-to-day operations at the facility. The On-site Supervisor will be responsible for and oversee at least 20 employees and obtain detailed assignment information from the On-site Project Manager and/or facility client and delegate and oversee these assignments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicate staffing needs for the facility.
• Assist On-site Project Manager identify, meet, and exceed needs at the facility.
• Direct work to be accomplished by staff including facility and warehouse maintenance, painting and repairs, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, and shipping and receiving of materials.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Working and helping others work in a safe environment.
• Arrive on time and meets all contract scheduled hours.
• Make sure all employees onsite receive appropriate training.
• Understands and successfully executes assigned tasks by following company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervision:
This position works independently and with a partner under the general supervision of the On-Site Project Manager. Candidate also receives non-supervisory guidance from the site designated Government Point of Contact (often the Facility Manager). Must be available for emergency response to all staff shifts including afterhours and weekends. Performance is evaluated in terms of effectiveness in successful completion of assigned tasks on time, taking initiative within job responsibilities, and ability to foster and maintain constructive and positive work relationships with all staff and management.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree or completion of a technical school program
• Minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience in the construction/building maintenance industry
• Minimum of 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience
• Minimum of 1-3 years of Financial/budget management
• Minimum of 2-3 years of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Software) and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to pass a background check for Federal Agency to obtain security access badging.
• United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Knowledge of principles and practices of safety management
• Knowledge of pertinent local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, codes, and rules

Physical Demands:
• Frequent lifting, sitting, standing, stooping for prolonged periods of time, using hands/fingers requiring dexterity, should have good hand-eye coordination and motion control in coordination with handling tools, equipment, and other related components.
• Reaching with hands and arms for items above and below sight level, talking, hearing (frequently communicates with field personnel via various modes, i.e. radio; must be able to relay accurate information), and seeing (up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth, color perception, and the ability to adjust focus); walking from place to place within the project location with occasional use of stairs and no elevator available; bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling and standing for up to 12 hours.
• Potential of lifting to 50 pounds such as equipment and other materials.
Work Environment:
May be indoors or outdoors subject to confined spaces, changes in temperature, weather conditions and noise levels.
