Position Summary
This Contract Manger will support Contract Operations in evaluating the effectiveness of, and recommend improvements to, business process, practice, and procedures including the PO Governance process and After the Fact PO Spend. This role will also provide direction and strategy recommendations on contractual matters and coach and assist in the development of team members.
We are looking for a candidate that, is skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, challenging but highly rewarding environment, has good judgment and is self-motivated, and, most importantly, is an optimistic, curious, and collaborative team player. Our candidate must also be focused on delivering solutions and process efficiencies through problem solving partnership with leaders and stakeholders.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $ 78,000
Bay Area Maximum: $116,000
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and based on business needs.
