Afternoon Receptionist

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a positive and memorable experience.

Hours are Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check customers in by verifying their identification and registering new customers into our rewards program
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold compliance with state regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cannabis industry or a related field
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
