Essential Responsibilities

The position is responsible to supervise and manage the entire golf operations in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Assist in overseeing the operation, including supervising outside services, starters, and rangers.
  • Assist in clinics, lessons, player development, club repair, and tournament operations.
  • Manage tournament operations and weekly events such as pre-tournament preparation, scoring, course set-up, and all steps needed to provide an extraordinary event.
  • Help with member / customer check in.
  • Control and manage play and pace of play.
  • Help with opening and / or closing procedures.
  • Help in managing club storage, golf shop, practice facility, and cart fleet.
  • Assist in coordinating day to day tasks and operations.
