We are seeking a PE for a Transportation Engineer with 4-10 years of experience who is interested in quickly contributing and thriving in a fast-pace, positive, mutually supportive environment. We are looking for ambitious individuals eager to expand the breadth of their engineering knowledge into various disciplines within transportation engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Work on team of Engineers designing highways, bridges, retaining walls, drainage structures for PS&E and Schematics
- Coordinate with entire engineering team and managers to develop successful designs
- Mentor and train junior level staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university in engineering is required
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas
- Strong roadway design and geometric knowledge required
- Drainage design experience desirable
- Experience with OpenRoads is required
- OpenRoads Designer experience is desirable
- Strong track record of designing TxDOT projects is desirable
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
