Financial Analyst - Responsible for assisting in performing financial analysis on operating results and financial statements, business plans, cash flow to determine rates of return, and capital/cash flow requirements. Assist in preparing forecasts , annual operating plan and analysis.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist in the overall budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
- Consult with accounting team to improve availability and flow of information.
- Establish and refine polices and procedures that support a growth-oriented platform.
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial and forecast analyses to assist in the evaluation of results and support actionable business decisions.
- Partner closely with the business to understand and optimize the drivers for financial forecasts and budgets and accurately project performance accordingly.
- Prepare monthly key variance analysis of the Company’s financial statements.
- Create/utilize financial models to measure impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities which drive future business planning decisions.
- Support existing planning applications including maintenance, dashboarding, and report building.
- Assist in preparing presentations for leaders.
- Provide key support leadership. Partner with operational leaders, functional department heads, regional management.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Analyze external economic conditions and understand and report on the impact on business operations.
- Assume other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
- 5 years of related work experience, including public accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, VBA, or other programming languages
- Experience with Oracle Fusion
- Must have strong excel skills
- Must think critically and possess strong analytical skills
- Must show great attention to detail
- Must have good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Strong teamwork and technical skills are required.
- Office environment, requires walking, standing, or sitting for several hours at a
- Perform repetitive motion tasks on computer.
- May require occasional travel.
