WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Data Coach for Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA), you serve as a member of our leadership team and a critical lever in improving student achievement. The role of the coach is to build teacher capacity and their understanding of student data. Data coaches will promote reflection, provide guidance and structure where needed, and focus on strengths, collaboration and common issues of concern. The data coach will demonstrate and model a passion for urban education reform and leadership.

LOCATION: Various locations supporting growth in Indianapolis, Indiana
DO YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Valid teaching license
- 5 years of classroom experience with a track record of growth
- High proficiency in grade-level standards, benchmarks, and curriculum
- Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction to accomplish success
- The ability to communicate, prepare, and present engaging information for professional development
