WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an educator with Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA) you are considered a guardian to our students (whom we refer to as scholars). Therefore, as our Virtual Teacher you must establish an exemplary online classroom culture that balances high expectations with love and support. You will also build trust within your virtual community via clear and timely communication with both your scholars and families.
At PLA we have created a blended-learning model that is specifically designed to raise achievement for historically under-served scholars. So we support your creativity and wholeheartedly encourage a rigorous, personalized, and well-rounded virtual learning experience to meet the unique needs of each scholar in your online learning environment.

- a valid teaching license OR
