Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our projects in Tampa, FL for a 100% on-site project

You will be responsible for:

Plan, execute, and manage projects related to CAPEX and OPEX, covering installations, constructions, and other related activities.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and cost control.

Drives and tracks a portfolio of projects, ensuring project owners have appropriate schedule, scope and budget controls in place and successfully deliver against milestones.

Provides program updates and conducts reviews with all levels of management.

Using project management tools, develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with line managers and other manufacturing leaders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality guidelines.

Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress and milestones.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Prepare and present project reports, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive project success.

May interview, hire, coach, motivate, develop, recognize and manage performance of direct



About you

Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience with 10 years as a Project Manager, specifically in CAPEX and OPEX management.

Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles, with a track record of successfully managing budgets for complex projects.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a matrixed, team environment.

Must be well versed in Project Management tools (PMBOK or equivalent) and must possess knowledge of related disciplines.

Must have knowledge of such principles as GMPs, FDA guidelines and purchasing practices.

PMP (project Management Professional) Certification is highly desirable.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of handling project challenges.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to project management..



Location: 100% onsite project in Tampa, FL
