Position Overview : As the Pharmacy Administrative Support , you will be responsible for providing the administrative function support and act as the administrative liaison for all PSG Pharmacy Operations.
You will oversee the payroll reporting and submission, on-boarding task facilitation, management of credentials, pharmacy system and applications access requests, assist pharmacy in submission and tracking of pharmacy state board licensures and permits, as well as any administrative data collection for roll-up as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll : Working within Kronos in partnership with pharmacy leadership, prepare and submit for review payroll for each pharmacy;
acting as the liaison between operations and the HR / Payroll departments including the tracking of PTO.
- Attendance Tracking : Working with pharmacy leadership to identify and track attendance issues for progressive improvement plans.
- Onboarding : In partnership with pharmacy leadership, submit access and credential requests for new hires, set-up new hires in Kronos, and work with on-boarding specialists in scheduling drug screening and background checks.
- Pharmacy Licensing and Permits : In partnership with pharmacy leadership, collect, track, and submit pharmacy state and federal licensures and permits during opening and each corresponding renewal requirements.
- Special Projects : Serve in an administrative role in collecting information from all PSG Pharmacies to consolidate for reporting and roll-up, and / or other projects that may require an administrative support function.
- General Administration : Assist in travel arrangements, and any other task that may require an administrative function as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with other departments and PSG leadership to understand administrative support and priorities.
Qualifications :
- Strong time management skills.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with multi layers of leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong preference given to candidates with Framework LTC experience and knowledge.
- Strong preference given to candidates with Kronos and / or Workforce experience and knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand workflow vulnerabilities and solutions to remedy.
- The ability to manage projects, schedules, and teams to carry out initiatives and solutions.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety.
Education :
- High school diploma required.
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Travel :
Less than 5% - only as needed for special projects.
