Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is focused on launching websites and other digital projects on-time and under budget, this position is critical for communicating with the client, as well as the digital and development teams, understands web/interactive design, user experience, and development, and will be responsible for seeing a project through to the end.  This position is based on-site in our Nashville / Brentwood office.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Works closely with all members of the website team as the internal PM to keep it moving through the process
• Oversee and manage task load for web development
• Translate website strategy and UI design into functionality documentation
• Understands client needs and balances needs of client with what is best for the agency
• Explain technical specifications and issues in an easily understood way for non-technical users
• Develop accurate and detailed project plans for a variety of projects
• Coordinate and communicate details of client meetings, including agenda development, scheduling and travel arrangements
• Stay abreast of trends and current events in digital media and usability industries

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience in interactive projects and campaign management
• Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines
• Basic background knowledge of Web front-end (e.g. site usability and look/feel) and back-end (e.g. programming and hosting) practices is essential
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with programming and artistic design processes
• Familiarity with basic elements of marketing (i.e. media, interactive, relationship marketing, promotions, advertising and merchandising)
• Working knowledge of WordPress is vital
