Duties will include:
Responsible for processing corporate action activity on a global custody system.
Research information on new corporate actions.
Prepares corporate action notifications for client distribution.
Responsible for research and resolution of all customer inquiries.
Reconciliation of cash and security position balances.
Qualified candidates should have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting, preferred.
Recent college grads with finance internships or at least 1-2 years of banking operations experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
