Direct Hire - Hybrid 2-3 days on site - 140-175k base
Must Haves:
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the audit field
- 1 year holding a supervisory/manager level title
- Deep understanding of real estate operations, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Extensive experience in public accounting and a proven track record of managing complex audit projects
- CPA is a big plus
Day to Day:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for real estate clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessments, testing strategies, and audit procedures
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating audit findings and recommendations effectively
