Key Responsibilities
- Guide the growth and development of the Finance & Accounting Team members.
- Oversee all finance and accounting operations.
- Supervise the financial reporting process, ensuring it is accurate, timely, and continuously improved.
- Protect the company's investments and assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Track actual performance against the business plan and forecasts.
- Ensure the accuracy of the company's product costing process.
- Prepare financial regulatory reports, excluding federal and state income tax returns.
- Oversee all financial reviews and audits, including those conducted by independent accountants, regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers.
- Analyze large data sets to develop recommendations and solutions.
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as needed.
- 8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in public accounting or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- CPA is highly preferred
- Experience with JDE Edwards is preferred
