Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients based on their individualized care plans.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under the direction of the supervising physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and assistive devices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
