Facility and Fleet Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PHC’s Facility and Fleet Technician ensures that our team is prepared for each day by caring for our facility and fleet and keeping our in-house inventory and supply of building materials appropriately stocked. They take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient operation that allows our Operations team to always be loaded and ready to roll. 

Typical tasks include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of building and addressing maintenance needs as they arise
• Lawn and grounds maintenance (cutting, edging, weeding, blowing)
• Tracking usage of materials and inventory items and placing orders for replenishment 
• Receiving deliveries and ensuring quantity and quality is accurate
• Using forklift to move materials and contents throughout warehouse
• Assisting Project Managers with procurement and staging of building materials
• Assisting Restoration Technicians with their end of day process and restocking fleet
• Scheduling vehicle and equipment maintenance and annual inspections. 
• Performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Securing building at the end of the day

Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
