JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
PHC’s Facility and Fleet Technician ensures that our team is prepared for each day by caring for our facility and fleet and keeping our in-house inventory and supply of building materials appropriately stocked. They take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient operation that allows our Operations team to always be loaded and ready to roll.
Typical tasks include:
- Maintaining cleanliness of building and addressing maintenance needs as they arise
- Lawn and grounds maintenance (cutting, edging, weeding, blowing)
- Tracking usage of materials and inventory items and placing orders for replenishment
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring quantity and quality is accurate
- Using forklift to move materials and contents throughout warehouse
- Assisting Project Managers with procurement and staging of building materials
- Assisting Restoration Technicians with their end of day process and restocking fleet
- Scheduling vehicle and equipment maintenance and annual inspections.
- Performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Securing building at the end of the day
