Carpet Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality carpet and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers.
• Responsible for cleanliness and care of company vehicle.
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning if required.
• Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services.
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer’s home.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Provide customer with a receipt and secure payment for service.
• Inform customers about and sell retail carpet cleaning products and/or other company services.
• Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs. (avg.).

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle to get to shop on time.
• Must be available to be on-call nights/weekends/holidays periodically.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be professional with great manners and respect towards customers and staff.
• Must wear company uniform.
• Must have clean driving record so we can add you to our Insurance.
• Must be presentable (NO tattoos/piercings showing) while on the job.
• Must be fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).

Pay

• Starts at $15 to $18 per hour while in training (approximately 30-60 days).
• After training, the pay goes to commission only (Gross pay approximately $1,500-$2,000 bi-weekly). This could be higher depending on the person.
