We are looking to hire a 2 Contract Managers for a federal government client. **Position is contingent upon contract award**
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for the entire contract lifecycle.
- Responsible for the execution of a wide variety of transactions pertaining to contracts.
- Ensures contracts meet legal requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer and other key government personnel.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to contracts.
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company.
- Responsible for ensuring performance complies with all deliverables such as timelines, deadlines, and goals.
- Responsible for ensuring performance complies with all specifications and requirements of the contract, including the contract’s clauses.
- Ensure staff qualifications remain current and valid including Department of Defense Contractor Personnel Office processes/approvals throughout contract performance.
- Inventory and track maintenance of all Government Provided Equipment and Materials.
- Identify, investigate, and correct any non-conforming performance and prevent similar deficiencies.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager, required.
- GFEBS experience is HIGHLY desirable.
- MS Office.
Certification/License:
PMP Certification
