Title: Senior Accountant
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve invoice issues working closely with other departments/warehouses
- Route received invoices for proper approval prior to payment
- Enter payable information into the Company’s general ledger
- Process payments (checks/wires)
- Solve vendor payment issues
- In charge of month end close and financial statements
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining supporting records
- Provide accurate and timely reports including financial analysis and operational metrics
- Manage weekly cash flow and Bank reconciliation
- Responsible for sales tax
- Assist with annual financial audit and statutory audits
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
- Maintain fixed asset database
- Resolve expense report discrepancies in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5 years work experience in General Accountant level
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot table, V-look up
- Experience using Microsoft Suite tools: Word, PowerPoint, Teams
- Cross functional collaboration skills with high level of communication
- Detailed oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workloads with competing deadlines
- Self-motivated, quick learner, thrive in a fast-pace environment, team player
- High attention to detail
