Position Summary:
The Agency Services Project Manager will manage a portfolio of projects and spearhead initiatives that support Philabundance’s agency partner network in working towards the organization’s mission of relieving hunger. This position will be responsible for supporting Philabundance partner membership, using knowledge of best practices and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. The Project Manager will work closely with the Agency Services Manager, Agency Partners and the broader Agency Services team.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Agency Services Manager, Agency Partners and the broader Agency Services team.
Primary Job Functions:
- Manage a portfolio of projects including but not limited to Philabundance membership evaluation, onboarding, gathering and analyzing partner impact data, compliance and strategic community distributions
- Prepare and present strategic plans for streamlining existing projects and executing new initiatives that support the Agency Services partner network
- Assist in the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, mission alignment and executional feasibility and manage changes in real-time
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams, including Distributions, Food Sourcing, Events, Ending Hunger for Good and Government Affairs on executing projects and building cross-departmental relationships
- Ensure consistent and outstanding engagement with the member agency network, new agency partners or external stakeholders when relevant for assigned projects
- Be able to lead meetings and/or trainings for larger groups, individuals which may include a mix of participants who are culturally, ethnically, socioeconomically diverse and multi-lingual
Position Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of ongoing agency engagement, including trainings and events
- Maintain positive working relationships with community at large as a representative of Philabundance
- Continually self-educate and remain up to date on the field of hunger relief, services and trends
- Support the wider Agency Services and Agency Relations teams as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Espouse working knowledge of the interactions between hunger, poverty racial inequity and social injustice, and concepts of structural racism and their impact on underserved and underrepresent communities
- Excellent virtual, phone and in-person relationship management & communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to creatively problem solve
- Demonstrated adaptability to position evolution, project responsibilities and organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences/services, public health, or related field or equivalent amount of education and experience
- Bilingualism a plus
- Two or more years of experience managing projects and leading a team
- Computer and Office365 mastery, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams; experience with CERES or other Customer Relation Management (CRM) software preferred
- Project Management Certification preferred
Physical Demands:
- Work in a seated position up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; may be required to work some weekends and evenings
- See, hear and speak with sufficient capability to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions
- Must be able to read words and numbers accurately
- Demonstrate cognitive ability to:
- Follow directions and routines
- Concentrate, memorize, and recall
- Identify logical connections and determine sequence of response
- Travel is required. Must be willing and able to travel within the service area (employee can use public transportation, rideshare service, personal vehicle or other means)
- Valid driver license will be required if using personal or company vehicles
