Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Experience in patient assessment and triage
- Knowledge of primary care practices
- Ability to provide medical-surgical care
- Familiarity with sonography procedures
- Experience in caring for patients requiring inhalation therapy
- Previous experience in toddler care, dementia care, or related fields

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
