Summary
Sets up and operates equipment that runs the Mac N' Cheese Line. Operates and monitors equipment and raw material
handling system. Maintains a safe and sanitary condition of the area. Overall verification of "Quality Product."
Paperwork and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Breaks down cheese equipment for sanitation.
2. Reassembles equipment after sanitation is complete.
3. Completes all required production and Q/A paperwork related to the introduction of cheese.
4. Provides proper housekeeping of Mac & cheese room throughout the shift.
5. Collects underweight, poorly sealed, etc. pouches.
6. Ensures necessary storage tubs, catch pans, etc. are properly emptied.
7. Stages necessary cartons for daily / shift production.
8. Ensures supplies, stages and fills glue as required.
9. Ensures supplies, stages, and fills printer ink as required.
10. Completes paperwork for finished carton check weigher.
11. Stages necessary cases for shift / daily production.
12. Cleans and sanitizes carton equipment.
