What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Closing Operations Coordinator position at Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors?
Philadelphia Mortgage Advisors is looking for a Mortgage Closing Operations Coordinator to work closely with our Loan Officers and Administrative staff to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients—from first time home buyers to refinance—throughout the entire mortgage process.
College degree, or equivalent work experience, Banking, Loan Processing, or Consumer Lending experience is required. Ability to process a high volume of work, excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with and PC including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.and other lending software.
Mortgage Assistants are responsible for preparing loan documents, and ensuring that they are accurate in order to have a fully compliant mortgage loan. They carefully review all documents for any errors, and confirm that pricing and program are correct to insure loan will be funded.
