License Home Health Aide

Caregivers are integral members of our team, and we are committed to supporting them throughout their caregiving journey.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Follow a daily care schedule, maintaining a one-on-one relationship with clients in their homes.
• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Establish rapport with clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and providing companionship.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Assist in the transportation of clients.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing assistant care.
• Enjoy spending time with seniors.
• Possession of a Home Health Aide license or CNA license.
• Must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Current TB, CPR, and health screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude.
• Exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
