In this role, you have the opportunity to
Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, in accordance with the Philips Policies and applicable worldwide regulations and standards. Timely review and closure of customer satisfaction notifications related to supply chain operational activities and customer dissatisfaction partnering with supply chain operations. Identifying potential complaints and re-routing to ensure post market QA team review. Strive for continuous improvement, be team oriented, communicate suggestions and concerns, generate solutions, be flexible, and provide positive interaction and feedback with peers and internal departments Generate departmental metrics and be responsible for chairing review board meetings. Continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
You are responsible for
- Responsible to meet departmental metrics.
- Assists with daily management board activities for the department including input to data.
- Support lean initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement and completes QEKs and VSMs.
- Creates presentations and chairs QBR meetings on a routine basis.
- Review and apply appropriate coding to customer satisfaction notifications including record closure.
- Data trending for customer satisfaction issues related to supply chain processing and departmental metrics.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the team and functional areas.
- Escalates issues to SC QA Specialist (60/70) or direct manager that cannot be resolved independently.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the team and functional areas.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience in the medical device industry
- 2 years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry.
- Basic knowledge of quality systems for medical devices
- Prior experience in working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Team oriented mindset
- Ability to recognize problems, take action, provide feeback.
- Detail oriented.
