You will be part of a thriving Sales Operations organization that is responsible for assisting Commercial Contracts and continuous improvement initiatives across M2O analytics. Partner and collaborate with the other North America analytics and operations teams, global analytics and IT teams and drive towards synergies and collaborative outcomes while reduce redundancies.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

Business Analytics and Reporting - 80% of the time includes the following activities

  • Work closely with GPO Account Managers, Commercial Contracts Team and Philips Account Executives to provide data analytics and business insight capabilities.
  • Providing support to customer fulfillment team and proposal team for Request for Proposal’s (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI)
  • Driving the consolidation, standardization and consistency of reporting and analytics across multiple businesses and organizations
  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools available in the landscape including and not limited to Tableau, Qlik, Salesforce, custom Microsoft based reporting solutions, Excel
  • Modify / improve existing reports/dashboards as directed by the business
  • Evaluate and plan activities to implement automation of manual data extracts and other manual activities supporting any reporting currently supported by you
  • Completing other projects as assigned such as continuous process improvement and working with stakeholders to review and update templates and tools.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to create solutions to support management of contract master data. Building and maintain databases using data from Apttus, SAP, Siebel, Excel, and other data sources. Partner with business and IT and facilitate tool design, maintenance, and improvement of tools in support of contract management.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to share NA contract management reporting initiatives and obtain insight into global contract management (Data Analytics and Reporting Capabilities) initiatives to drive combined efforts and definitions. Share best practices and make recommendations.
  • Providing business intelligence reporting for various teams across the organization
  • Building on current reporting to provide further intelligence
  • Partnering with leadership to establish performance measures and frequency of reporting.

Project Management and Leadership- 20% of time includes the following activities:

  • Demonstrate the ability to lead small cross functional project teams
  • Implement change management planning to help gain buy-in and adoption at multiple levels
  • Provide guidance on best practices and approaches to design and implement effective and standardized leading Analytics driven reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Promote Philips values and leadership goals
  • Act as mentor for others in the business

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of relevant reporting and/or analysis experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, macros, advanced formulas, etc)
  • Strong knowledge using SQL.
  • Experience in lean methodology, problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting.
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Project/Azure Dev ops, and SAP.
  • Experience in working with several groups of data and users simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace concepts, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines
  • Ability to visually present and communicate data and recommendations
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and continually delivers quality work with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Understanding of various data management and reporting tools
