In this role, you will have the opportunity to;
Support and manage warehouse processes within the Monitoring and Analytics business group. The Export warehouse supports Murrysville site production activities and operates the returns, decontamination, installation and distribution operations. Accountable for maintaining quality system, regulatory, dangerous goods, supply chain security and export compliance. This individual will work with 3PL’s and multiple groups within the business as well as globally. This is a daylight role.
You will be responsible for:
- SAP Super User for all Warehouse Managed functions, including SAP/WM (Warehouse Managed) functionality as well SAP/IM (Inventory Managed) functionality.
- Lead support for Scan Guns and other warehouse technologies.
- SAP System Administrator – responsible for all SAP access and account assignments/training assignments.
- Support Environmental controls monitoring and reporting, including support on excursion analysis.
- Lead inventory coordinator for Philips Cycle Counting processes, Inventory reporting and ICS Control reporting.
- Work with Philips Infrastructure Team to maintain all networked and wireless equipment in the off-sit warehouse.
- Key interface/liaison to Murrysville production and inspection teams. Support raw materials receiving, put away, picking and distributions operations.
- Manage 3PL and Philips KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) through DM (Daily Management).
- Report on performance and corrective actions of all service providers (daily, weekly and monthly review cycle) of all activities as described below.
- Supports daily inbound activities of the DC including priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as, Overdue ASN check, Over- and under delivery resolution or Inbound complaint registration.
- Supports daily outbound activities of the DC including priority setting and executes corrective processes for exceptions such as Overdue deliveries, Overdue POD’s or Customer complaint resolution.
- Initiate process improvements for the inbound or outbound activities based on root cause analysis of daily exceptions in the operational processes.
- Coordinates the rework activities of stocks such as Quality issues on request of BG, Customer VAS activities on request of CO and Manages promotional VAS activities on request of marketing.
- Supports the resolution of exception flows: claims management (inbound/outbound), reverse logistics.
- Monitors and controls the physical distribution activities of a distribution center as well as liaising with related functions in the commercial, supply chain or IT organizations to improve the performance.
- Project management of improvement projects/process harmonization.
- Is authorized to intervene in planning and priority settings within own functional area.
- Adherence to standard processes and tools as provided by the global supply chain organization.

A global logistics team that supports Monitoring and Analytics warehousing and distribution activities. The Monitoring and Analytics business offers the entire range of monitoring solutions and creates value through predictive algorithms, deep integration into the care and IT systems of our customers and leveraging our consumables and services business. You will be based in Murrysville (Export), PA.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience (3+ years).
- Technical knowledge in ERP systems (SAP).
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools with ability to create complex Excel worksheets and ad hoc reports.
- Effective in facilitating and negotiating to achieve commitment among diverse groups.
- Effective personal and digital communication with peers in commercial or supply organization and 3PL’s.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong problem-solving skills with a ‘Customer focus’ mindset.
- Must have the ability to follow instructions and work to complete needed tasks accurately, efficiently and with minimal supervision.
- Must be flexible, reliable and dependable with the ability to multi-task.
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience a plus.
- Has broad operational experience and knowledge of underlying theories and concepts of physical distribution management.
- Possesses expertise in logistics management methodologies, analysis tools and techniques.
- Works independently to design, implement and control the 3PL processes, but work requires review of a Manager.
- Might form networks with internal customers, 3PL’s, IT and procurement.
- Takes a business approach to planning and coordinating resources from internal and external parties.
- Considers the needs of the business including compliance to company policies and external regulations (transportation, customs, etc.).
- Assists junior colleagues.
