- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in benefits administration is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial
- Strong background in outside sales or insurance sales
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
- Previous experience in retail sales or contract negotiation
- Ability to effectively market insurance products
- Must have or be able to obtain a TN Insurance Producer's license
