Summary of Job Duties:
Essential Functions:

Carl Perkins: Director of Perkins Grant which requires organization, grant writing, budgeting, accountability, strategic planning.

Grants Management: Basic Needs SNAP Grant, write and manage small grants which support the food pantry and related work. These are tied to work related to Career Pathways and Benefits Access.

Student Success Courses: coordinate Student Success Courses –multiple course sections- 8 Coaches – Fall and Spring semesters. Responsible for Developing Curriculum, Career Exploration and Development, Financial Literacy, Coaching, Scheduling, Evaluation reports and Course Outcomes and Coach training. Much of the work is closely tied to Career Pathways efforts and benefits access.

Faculty Evaluations: coordinate and Manage Student Evaluation of Instruction Process-Fall and Spring Semesters; coordinate and Manage Faculty Evaluation Process – annually; and coordinate and Manage Student Success Course Evaluation Process – Fall and Spring semesters.

Student Engagement: coordinate and Manage Student Engagement Surveys – CCSSE and CCFSSE – every other year, post data to College Webpage, and develop Engagement Newsletter/Brochure to share data outcomes – every survey period.

Assessment: responsible for Assessment of Student Learning Annual Report; sharing assessment data, and post data to College Webpage. Works closely with faculty and the assessment committee.

Budget Director: responsible for managing several budgets including Carl Perkins, Student Success Annual, Student Orientation Annual Budget, Basic Needs SNAP Grant Budget, Food Pantry Grants Budget (several small grants).

Student Orientation: coordinate and manage college wide Student Orientation – annually-Fall

Accreditation: HLC Accreditation, WSSN, ATD Core Team, College Strategic Planning and Effectiveness, Instruction and Curriculum, Holistic Student Support, Basic Needs SNAP Initiative, and Food Pantry Team

Professional Development: assist with training or presentations for College In-service as needed; direct holistic Student Support Redesign (ATD) - certification as Holistic Student Support Coach; engage in guided Pathways Coaching Training (ATD)- Certification as Guided Pathway Coach; train for Work Ethic Mike Rowe Foundation – Certification as Work Ethic Trainer-Perkins

Food Pantry: coordinates and manages operation of Campus Food Pantry; secures grant funding for pantry; provides training for volunteers and student workers. Provide monthly reports tracking food resource to students.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in human resources, vocational education, or a related field, five years of recent experience working with student success in planning for faculty, students and grants
