Human Resources Generalist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR-related activities. Responsibilities:
-New employee recruitment, job fairs, job postings, & gathering resumes
-Help develop co-op/internship program

-Complete onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
-Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries
-Workers compensation/Unemployment
-Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

-Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

-Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate training programs
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
