Overview:
Located in Fort Wayne, IN and with over 50 years of experience serving clients in Northeast Indiana, Phillips Financial has grown from a small, family-owned financial services practice to a multi-disciplinary planning organization with more than 30 associates and managing over $2 billion in assets under management (900 client base). We are looking to hire a full‐time Paraplanner associate. Preferred candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics. The Paraplanner is responsible for working with Financial Advisors to interpret data, input data, analyze, and run reports in the financial planning software. The Paraplanner may also work with Financial Advisors on investment review preparation, trade execution, and other special projects. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, proficient in Microsoft Office, have a strong work ethic, and be a team player but can work independently. Phillips Financial has developed a career track for advisory professionals who enter this role. Depending on career goals, this Paraplanner would have the opportunity to grow into an Advisor position over time.
