The team joins the record-setting expansion in the Philadelphia market area, led by experienced coach Barry J.T. DeVine. Coach DeVine brings over 25 years of coaching experience across various levels and is committed to mentorship and community building through basketball.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in all aspects of team management and player development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in planning and conducting practices.
- Support game strategy development and execution.
- Provide individual and group training sessions.
- Mentor and guide players on and off the court.
- Assist in scouting and recruiting new talent.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous coaching experience at the high school, AAU, college, or professional level.
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate players.
- Certified USA Basketball Coach preferred.
**Payment Note:**
This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be based on team performance and player development.
