Job Description:

Addax Overland Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our product lines and sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both indirect selling through automotive and RV dealerships, as well as direct selling to consumers. This role requires a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive and RV dealership partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Directly engage with consumers to understand market needs and preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the automotive or outdoor industry, preferably with overland trailers or related products.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales channels, including dealership networks.
  • Demonstrated success in direct consumer sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
