```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take drink orders from customers and serve them in a timely manner
- Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, for order processing and payment handling
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Sales skills to upsell and promote menu items
