Description
Nicholas Stefanelli, the chef and owner of Michelin-starred Masseria and Officina, pays homage to his Greek heritage, Philotimo, a word that defies translation, will be an exploration of the country’s rich and unique flavors, ingredients and culinary history. Philotimo’s menu will shed light on the valued traditions and global reach of Greece, taking a road less traveled to introduce guests to the country’s culinary diversity.
Responsibilities
Have knowledge of all product offerings, including daily specials
Complete cash transactions efficiently and professionally
Operate espresso machine efficiently during peak hours
Maintain espresso machine cleanliness in accordance to established guidelines
Restock espresso bar with cups, lids, condiments, and all necessary items to insure proper service standards
Maintain cleanliness of espresso bar and surrounding cafe tables, chair, bar and stools
Provide recommendations of all product offerings
Requirements
Experience working in a high volume establishment preferred but not required
Close attention to detail
Organizational skills
Able to function at a high standard in a high volume environment
Excels in teamwork
21 years or older
