JOB SUMMARY
- Plans, directs and implements policies and work standard for registration and patient access functions across hospital facilities for the health system. These departments comprise the following functions: EC, Main Admitting, and all outpatient hospital registration sites for PPHS. Oversees the activities of employees housed in registration departments. Leads planning and design of all operational activities associated with these departments.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (Required)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
- 6 - 7 years Revenue Cycle processes in a healthcare environment, preferable acute and sub-acute care hospital setting (Required)
- 4 - 5 years Supervisory position with management level experience (Required)
- 1 - 2 years Healthcare administration, medical terminology, coding and third party reimbursement (Preferred)
- Preferred Certifications/Licensures: Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Fellow, Healthcare Financial Management Association
