Entry Level Operator (Film)

Starting Rate: $18/hr with additional $1 per hour shift differential

Base Hours: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday (every other Wednesday) 7:00am-7:00pm or Monday – Thursday (4X12) 7:00pm-7:00am
Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr. Hagerstown, MD 21742

As our Film Laminator Operator, you will:

· Responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of laminating machinery

· Monitor production and adjust machine during production run as required

· Regularly check for product quality and film temperature

· Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shift and lift up to 75 lbs

· Ability to bend and reach for extended periods of time

· Ability to read and understand written instructions and perform basic math

· High levels of attention to detail

· Ability to work as a team and provide direction

· Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues using hand tools

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· 6 months experience operating printing machinery preferred
