As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading, organizing and managing multiple aspects of all open Homestead products and subsequent projects for Phoenix Haus.  You will act as a liaison between internal and external design individuals/firms as well as within the different internal departments at Phoenix Haus. 

As a Product Manager, you will play an integral role in maintaining the efficient operation of our design and development, planning and installation and delivery funnels by ensuring that all projects remain on-time, are completed successfully according to predefined processes, and have a focus on customer satisfaction and product quality:

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with key relationships (architects, engineers, designers)
  • Communicating with customers and clients by phone and email email
  • Working in Microsfot Office Suite (or Google Suite), Adobe, email
  • Following predefined workflows and processes to achieve expected outcomes
  • Create, manage and lead team members
  • Monitor project/product progress
  • Set deadlines
  • Solve issues that arise
  • Improving all processes and suggesting ideas and solutions when things get 'stuck' 
  • Maintenance of contracts, paperwork, approvals, sign-offs according to predefined processes
  • Daily check and maintenance of project management tasks, responsibilities; tracking progress of current tasks and looking forward to upcoming tasks
  • Reviews and follow-ups of externally submitted work
  • Working collaboratively with multiple parties; management completed via software programs
  • Constant monitor of progress, making adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Project Management
  • Able to solve issues that arise unexpectedy or 'not to plan'
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Follow-up and follow-through
  • Adapt and help the team, quick to adjust
  • Salaried, 40-45 hrs. per week

  • Quality Experience
