**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various technical tasks and maintenance duties. **Duties:** - Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service - Troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and logic controllers - Fabricate, assemble, and install components when necessary - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities - Provide excellent customer service while performing maintenance tasks - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities as needed **Requirements:** - Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to provide exceptional customer service while completing technical tasks This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills will be put to good use.
