YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for providing executive-level analysis to Phoenix Rescue Mission, particularly the CFO, in the areas of financial planning and analysis.
- You will work closely with the CFO to support organizational leaders in planning, prioritization, evaluation, and decision-making.
- You will lead in planning annual budgets and monitoring execution of ongoing financial plans, including overseeing budget and expense tracking for business leads.
- You will maintain unit cost reporting and summary analysis, and provide expense, revenue, and capital forecast in support of the Mission's planning cycle.
- You will maintain an intimate understanding of each department's performance regarding ministry objectives.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a similar area of study, and 5-7 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have previous experience in coordinating strategy and budget.
- You have previous experience in coordinating business processes is preferred.
- You have excellent, advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to extract data and draw conclusions.
- You area a team player with the ability to build the strong working relationships necessary to collaborate effectively with internal partners across functions.
- You are highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effective communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- You have a high-level of attention to detail, with good follow-through.
- You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
