Phoenix Technical is looking for "THE" recruiter to join our team.  This position allows for unlimited earning potential finding and acquiring desired talent.  The candidate for this role will be self-motivated, results driven, and have an eye for talent. In addition, you'll need to be professional, have a high sense of urgency, and have a proven background of recruiting for a wide variety of roles.

Job Description:

The Sales Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for the recruiting process for strategic positions within our engineering operation. This is a hands-on recruiting role that requires a keen sense of urgency, attention to detail, and effective time management to fill open positions within our organization and develop talent pipelines for future staffing needs. Working closely with senior level sales leadership, this role will become an integrated participant in our operation’s groups ecosystem and will use that to effectively drive the execution of core goals and strategies. This role will report directly to the Vice-President of Sales.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build applicant sources by personally researching and active recruiting thru colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports.
  • Develops effective communications techniques, methodologies, and resources for use in identifying and contacting potential candidates.
  • Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be able to have an active pipeline and / or network of qualified candidates that can be accessed for critical opportunities.


Desired Skills:

  • Strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in technical recruiting
  • Experience using an ATS and/or CRM platforms
  • Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency


Qualifications/Requirements:

3 to 5 years' experience in talent identification/acquisition with related networking skills.
