Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to acquire talent for our rapidly growing organization. We need a highly specialized and talented individual who can keep pace with current growth and fulfill new opportunities. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience recruiting and soliciting technical resources, particularly in the IT and General Engineering sectors.
Essential Responsibilities:
Build applicant sources by personally researching and active recruiting thru colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, and reports.
Develops effective communications techniques, methodologies, and resources for use in identifying and contacting potential candidates.
Desired Skills:
Strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in technical recruiting
Experience using an ATS and/or CRM platforms
Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 to 5 years' experience in talent identification/acquisition with related networking skills.
