Job Description:


Phoenix Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for LPN's for Long Term Care contract positions near Thomasville, GA. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of LTC experience. 13 week contract assignments available which requires 36 hours per week commitment. An active LPN license in Georgia, and BCLS required; ACLS preferred.. Interested candidates must live more than 50 miles from facility.

Experience and Skills:

Current Georgia License as a Licensed Professional Nurse.
Graduate from an accredited LPN Program.
Minimum technical degree required.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in clinical specialty is required.
BCLS certification through the American Heart Association required.
