Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual ( Spanish Speaking ) Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, market analysis abilities, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.

Duties:
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals
- Manage key client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in order to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
